There is a better way to access legal support. At Conception Law, we believe legal fees should be clear and predictable. We understand how important financial planning is, especially during life transitions, and we want to remove the stress that comes with uncertain legal costs. For this reason, we offer flat-rate pricing whenever possible.
If you don’t see your service listed, please contact Melissa to discuss whether a flat-rate option can be customized to your situation.
Please note that for some matters a flat rate is not feasible due to the variable time involved. In those cases, the hourly rate of $450 plus tax will apply.

Mediation - Flat Rate Services

Includes up to 2 hours of pre-mediation meetings, preparation time, and up to a 3-hour mediation session.
