At Conception Law, we do things differently because we believe there is a better and more transparent way to access legal support. We understand how important financial planning is, especially during life transitions, and we want to remove the stress that comes with unpredictable legal fees. That’s why we offer flat-rate pricing whenever possible.
If you don’t see your service listed, please contact Melissa to discuss whether a flat-rate option can be customized to your situation.
Please note that in some matters, such as Collaborative Divorces, a flat rate is not be feasible due to the variable time involved. In those cases, the hourly rate of $400 plus tax will apply.

Mediation - Flat Rate Services
